Interstate Practice Mobility
Arizona is the 28th state to enact legislation permitting no-notification, no-fee interstate practice by CPAs who are not located in those states.
The Arizona legislature passed a full Uniform Accountancy Act (UAA) mobility provision in a near unanimous vote. The governor signed the bill into law late last week making Arizona the 28th state this year to pass a full mobility provision.
Delaware and New Jersey await gubernatorial signature. California, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania have mobility legislation pending.
OSCPA has led in working with NASBA, AICPA and others to encourage nationwide adoption of interstate practice mobility.
